Crozes-Hermitage Blanc
Rich lemon colored with a nose of dried stone fruits and apple, and floral notes. The palate is medium-bodied with a rich texture and flavors of preserved apple, dried pineapple and peach. Dry yet soft, the finish is long and develops savory notes over time. A perfect wine to serve at aperitif and segue into dinner. This is a perfect example of a well-made Northern Rhône white wine.
Famed winemaker Etienne Pochon owns this small and organically certified estate located in Crozes-Hermitage in the northern Rhône Valley. In the medieval cellars of the Château de Curson, he vinifies his estate grapes plot by plot in order to keep the specificity of each terroir.
