Tasting Notes
Pale straw color revealing its fresh and young character. A generous fruity nose of kiwi and grapefruit layered with lime and floral undertones. Light-bodied on the palate with hints of pear and green apple and a firm acidic structure ending with a smooth and lingering finish.
Food Pairing
Pair with cheese like triple crème, camembert and gruyère. Mild to medium spiced chicken, fried or grilled fish and light vegetarian dishes. Acidity and sweetness levels have been developed in this wine to pair exceptionally well with Indian and Asian cuisine in mind.
