The light pinkish rose colour reveals its freshness and younger character. Aromas of guava and grapefruit with floral undertones on the nose, the fruit-forward entry is followed by a complex medium-bodied palate with a rich, soft and lengthy finish.

Pair with spicy Thai red chicken, tandoori fish, paella and creamy Italian dishes. Complements aged goats milk cheese, sweet cakes and pastries or strawberries dipped in chocolate.
